Teacher Workshops

Project WET (Grades K through 12)

Project WET is a nonprofit water education program for educators grades K-12. The goal of Project WET is to facilitate and promote the awareness, appreciation, knowledge and stewardship of water resources through the development and dissemination of classroom-ready teaching aids.

The Project WET Curriculum and Activity Guide, a 517-page book filled with water-related lessons, is available to teachers participating in a Project WET workshop. At your request, ACWD will conduct a workshop at your school, during which you will receive a copy of the Curriculum Guide absolutely FREE. In addition, we'll also pay for a full day's release time to help you attend.

For more information or to schedule a workshop, contact our Public Education Specialist.
