For Your Home
High Efficiency Clothes Washer Rebate Program
High-efficiency clothes washers use up to 50% less energy and water than standard washers. ACWD, in partnership with Pacific Gas and Electric Company and Union Sanitary District, is offering a combined $100 rebate toward the purchase of a qualifying high-efficiency clothes washer (certain restrictions apply).

Water Energy Savings website for complete details, including the application, qualifying washer models list, and eligibility requirements. The current high-efficiency clothes washer rebate program runs through December 31, 2013 (or until funds are depleted, whichever occurs first).
Water-Efficient Landscape Rebate Program
Low water use landscapes are beautiful and can save money on water bills, fertilizers, pesticides, and maintenance. Single family homeowners who convert their lawn to water-efficient plantings can get a rebate of up to $1,500. The rebate is based on the number of square feet of lawn converted.

High Efficiency Clothes Washer Rebates
ACWD is partnering with Union Sanitary District to offer a $300 rebate for each conventional washer replaced with a qualifying high-efficiency clothes washer at multi-family complexes and coin-op Laundromats. Sites must be pre-qualified through our survey program.
High Efficiency Toilet & Urinal Rebates
ACWD is partnering with Union Sanitary District to offer a $150 rebate for each high use, high volume commercial toilet or urinal replaced with a qualifying High Efficiency Toilet (HET) or High Efficiency Urinal (HEU) at service area businesses and organizations. Sites must be pre-qualified through our survey program.
Weather-based Irrigation “Smart” Controller Rebates
A Smart controller uses weather data and site information to adjust irrigation watering times and frequency. More efficient watering means less waste, reduced run-off and healthier plants. Commercial and large landscape customers that replace their existing conventional irrigation controller with a "smart" irrigation controller may qualify for a rebate of up to $30* per active station. Sites must be pre-qualified through our landscape survey program.
