Help on Tap - Customer Assistance Program
ACWD works to provide clean, reliable drinking water at a reasonable price to 344,000 people in the Tri-City area. We recognize some customers may experience difficulty paying their water bills. Our customer assistance program, Help on Tap, will provide income-qualified residential customers with bill payment assistance. 

Thank you to those who met the income guidelines and completed our Help on Tap survey. The survey was for program development and information only. It does not automatically enroll customers in the program. More information to come as the program is under development and anticipated to launch in early 2017.

Once launched, program applications, guidelines and requirements will be available on this page. Please check back at a later date.

3 $40,320 or less
4 $48,600 or less
5 $56,880 or less
6 $65,160 or less
7 $73,460 or less
8 $81,780 or less
Each additional person, add $8,320
Valid through May 31, 2017.
*Income guidelines based on CPUC program. Income before taxes based
on current income sources. Income guidelines subject to change annually.
