Our goal is to supply you with the finest possible drinking water at the lowest possible price. Most customers pay the same rate, which is $2.754 per unit. A unit is 748 gallons of water. The average bimonthly bill is about $74.96. We are located at 43885 South Grimmer Blvd. in Fremont.

You may pay your bills in person at our office or mail payment with the bill stub in the envelope provided with your bill. For current bills only, you may pay at Fremont Bank branches or Bank of the West on Paseo Padre.

 REMEMBER:
You are billed every two months (bimonthly) for the water you use, plus a meter service charge based on the size of your meter. ACWD is responsible for the water pipes on the street side of your meter. All other plumbing on the customer side of the meter is your responsibility.
