[ARCHIVED] ACWD Board of Directors Adopts Bimonthly Service Charge and Water Consumption Charge Increases

Effective March 1, water rates will increase by 20% to fund essential capital projects, cover revenue losses due to the drought, address financial obligations to retirees and fund increased operating costs. A 5% increase will be effective March 1, 2018.
