Get Help Paying Your Bill
ACWD is committed to ensuring that customers have access to reliable, high-quality water at a reasonable price. To assist our customers, we offer the following programs:
Help on Tap – Customer Assistance Program
The Help on Tap program provides qualified customers with a bill credit equal to 100% of the Service Charge on every bill, currently $66.30 bimonthly. For more information on how to qualify and apply for this program, visit the program webpage or call customer service at 510-668-4200.
Payment Extensions and Plans
ACWD understands that customers may occasionally need an extension or payment arrangement. Both options are available to all customers, regardless of income. To discuss your options, please contact Customer Service at 510-668-4200.
Water Conservation Programs
Lowering your water usage is an effective tool to reduce your bill, and ACWD offers programs and tips to help you do so. For more information, visit the District’s Water Conservation page to learn more or contact the District’s Water Use Efficiency team.
